Designed to extend the reach on smaller diameter drums (like 10" and 12" snare drums) and allow you to produce a bright, blear cross-stick sound.
I have seen these things listed for ridiculous prices online recently -- they are hard to find, but we can give this one a good home for a reasonable price!
