Musser Replacement 3" Caster w/ Brake for Older Fixed-Height Frames

Replacement 3" caster with brake for older Musser fixed-height frames built before 2001. Designed for frames with an inside width of 7/8".

Note: The original caster holder/insert will need to be removed from the frame for these newer casters to work.

• The original caster holders are usually held in place with roll pins that will need to be knocked out to allow their removal
  (see second image above)
• The new caster is held in place by the rubber compression sleeve
• Tighten the nut on the top of the sleeve until it bulges just enough to give a bit of resistance when inserting it into the frame
• Once inserted fully into the frame, you can then turn the top of the caster which will further expand the sleeve inside the frame
  (see third image above)
• Once tightened the new casters will be firmly held in place
