Renaissance concert snare side drumheads combine a 3-mil Ambassador film with a special proprietary treatment which results in a warm, open, dark sound similar to calfskin. Often combined with the Renaissance Diplomat or Renaissance Ambassador batter head, the Renaissance snare side is ideal for all types of snare strands, and is particularly well-suited for gut and cable snares when a more traditional sound is required.
