The Tama Starclassic Maple series shells are 6ply 5mm shells on the toms and 8ply 7mm shells on the bass drum, offering a full balanced sound. To round out the kit, the die-cast hoops, Star-cast suspense & Quick-Lock brackets insure that these drums sing. We custom ordered this configuration in larger sizes with classic depths making this pack the perfect combination of old-school and new-tech.
